Who Are We?
IQDATA REALTY is a technology initiative and a decision support infrastructure, established in 2016 under GPMC International, an international company, with a focus on risk management and financial modeling.

Rather than being developed from a conventional software-driven perspective, it has been built under the leadership of a civil engineer with over 25 years of experience, who comes directly from the construction and real estate sector, has held senior operational and financial management roles in national and international multi-billion-dollar projects, is a graduate of METU, and holds a master’s degree in Construction Management from METU.

The fact that evaluating millions of data points in the real estate sector solely through price-focused approaches, static reports, or standard platforms offering limited data cannot by itself enable a holistic understanding of the market, timely decision-making, and smarter investment strategies has clearly revealed a critical gap. This gap is further reinforced by fragmented data structures, non-standardized reporting methods, inconsistencies in information, and the difficulty of accessing data in a fast, integrated, and comparable manner.
